One Worship Service – January 1

What better way to begin the New Year than to gather with our church family for worship on Sunday, January 1?

If you are in town, I hope you will be in church on New Year’s day as we have one great worship service in the Worship Center at 10:30 a.m.

I’m hoping your habit of Sunday worship will be stronger and more consistent this year than ever before.  So, get the New Year started right.  Be here on January 1!

Regular Schedules Resume January 4 and 8

With our holiday break soon to be in the rearview mirror, plan now to build Wednesday night and Sunday participation into your every week schedule.

On Wednesday, January 4, our midweek fellowship dinner resumes (serving 5:00-6:30 p.m.), as does Wednesdays in the Word, and all Next Gen and Worship Arts midweek programming.

On Sunday, January 8, we will be back to our four-service worship schedule – traditional at 8:30 a.m. in the Chapel, blended at 9:40 and 11:00 a.m. in the Worship Center, and contemporary at 11:00 a.m. in the Multi-Purpose Gym.  All Sunday morning Bible study classes will also kick off the New Year on this day, as will all typical Sunday afternoon and evening programming.

So, invite a friend to join you, and make a stepped-up investment at Ingleside as the New Year begins!

Membership and Missions Classes on January 8

If you have not yet committed to membership or prepared to go on a mission trip, I hope you will plan to be here on Sunday afternoon, January 8, at 4:00 p.m.

No reservation is necessary. Dress is casual.  Just come in the east entrance to the Worship Center and someone will be there to point you in the right direction.

The membership class is the way you join our church.  The missions orientation is required to go on an Ingleside mission trip.

I hope you will be in one of these classes on January 8!

It’s a great joy to be on this journey with you and I look forward to all God will do among us in the New Year.  I am confident that the best is yet to come!

Your Pastor and Friend,
