Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Celebration – November 24

Scripture makes clear that it honors God and is good for us when we offer thanksgiving to the Lord. Do you recall the words of Psalm 100?  It says: “Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!” (Psalm 100:4, ESV). New Worship Schedule Begins This Sunday

Our traditional worship service is scheduled to resume this Sunday, October 18. As was the case pre-pandemic, we will meet in the Chapel at 8:30 a.m. each Sunday morning. Reservations are required (make them here) and seating will be limited to 25% of capacity (125 worshipers).  We will practice social distancing, and face coverings are strongly encouraged. We are preparing to resume our traditional worship service on Sunday, October 18. As was the case pre-pandemic, we will meet in the Chapel at 8:30 a.m. each Sunday morning. Traditional Service Resumes October 18

In today’s blog I want you to know about (1) plans to re-start our traditional worship service; (2) adjustments to our Sunday worship schedule; and (3) new Overseer officers elected for the coming year. Worship Update and Holiday Planning

In today’s blog, I want to give you (1) an update on our weekly worship gatherings and (2) our plans for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Worship Update.  We began to re-gather for in-person, on-campus worship on Sunday, June 14.  So far, so good. Is it Time for You to Come Back?

We resumed in-person, on-campus worship at Ingleside on Sunday, June 14.  So far, so good. Next Steps on the Wise Way Forward

So far, God has honored our efforts to wisely and safely re-engage in-person, on-campus ministry at Ingleside. We have deliberately taken an incremental approach.  Instead of cannon-balling off the diving board into the deep end, we have purposefully waded back into the water a step at a time – assessing, evaluating, and asking the Lord’s wisdom with each step we take.
