How to Respond to Hurricane Harvey

As Hurricane Harvey left unimaginable destruction and loss in its wake, I know that your heart, like mine, has been moved with compassion. Maybe you have asked:  what can I do to help? How Growth and Transformation Happen

Have you thought much about how significant growth and transformation occur?  I have. Healthy Habits

In these first few weeks of August, the focus for many in our community will be the return to patterns or habits that revolve around school.
