Vote for Character and Competence

  On Tuesday, March 1, Georgians will have the opportunity to vote in the Presidential Preference Primary that will help choose the next President of the United States. Followers of Christ should be “salt” and “light” – see Jesus’ teaching in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5:13-16) – by  actually going to the polls and casting our ballots.  I encourage you not to sit it out.  Get out of the salt shaker.  Let your light shine.  Vote! It’s Imperative!

If you have been reading “A Chapter a Day” with me, you know that today’s chapter is 2 Corinthians 13.  Have you read it yet? It’s a question that comes my way with some regularity.  And it’s one that I’m always pleased to respond to quickly.  The question is: “So, which study Bible do you recommend?” I currently use and recommend the ESV Study Bible. We are reading the Word together at Ingleside – a chapter a day!  Have you joined us yet?
