Choosing the team may well be a leader’s most important single responsibility. Only when the right players are in the right positions does any team maximize their opportunity for success.

It was an unexpected conversation. He is a granddaddy with a long history of significant involvement in the church. The conversation would have been a surprise to most who know him.
Yet, he said: “Pastor, can you help me? I am struggling to believe.”
