Are We Off to a Good Start?

  I was around the table at our Wednesday night fellowship meal for a few moments with a group of senior adult ladies last night and one of them asked:  “So, how is the contemporary worship service going?  Is it off to a good start?”  All were eager to hear the reply. A Fabulous Launch

Thanks so much for your prayers and partnership as we launched our new contemporary service and our new worship schedule this past Sunday, September 13. With 474 worshipers in the contemporary service and more than 2,300 worshipers overall, it was a great beginning.  In every service there was a strong sense of the Lord’s favor and anointing! Life is Short

The infamous Ashley Madison tagline actually got it half right: life is short.  In Scripture, the book of James puts it this way: “you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes” (4:14, ESV).
